• Warm Weather Shipping
During the summer months and when shipping to warm climates, we ship using frozen gel packs at no additional charge. An upgraded ship method may be required based on the shipping destination. Refrigerated trucking is available for larger shipments.
• Gel packs
In addition to being FREE, our frozen gel packs are an effective way to protect the chocolate during warm weather. They are a safe, economical alternative to dry ice. In addition, the gel packs are non-toxic and reusable.
• Experienced Staff
Our shipping department has over 25 years experience shipping chocolate both domestically and internationally. We pride ourselves on our service record and guarantee the chocolate will arrive in good condition.
• Going Green
We have recently eliminated Styrofoam peanuts as our main packaging material and now pack our orders using paper packaging that is 100% recyclable. We are excited to be working toward becoming a more environmentally responsible company. |
